what are legal rights against Fraud case in Multi level marketing ?

Hello i am from hindu(Maratha) region one of my close friend trapped me and forced me to invest 2.5 Lack thru a loan in Qnet (MLM) case everything is done by him only he had didnt told me true fact before taking money from me he told me it is work from home business and you will get handsome income once you invest money in this business and can recover money within 6 monts duration and he had given assurence if you had facing any problem i wil responsible and will return all your money by myself so belive him and transfer money to his account by check. after atteding some sessions i came to know i trap in fraud businees so i request him to return all my money which i had given to him he also promised to return all money i have few call recording which seems it was done by intentionally so after some days he deined my calls and said do whatever you have to do i will not not return your money and do not contact me contact to company directly they only refund your money.
