want to take action against father as mother died in bike accident

Hi, My mother was died in 2012 in bike accident which is driven by my father. at that time bike never slip or folloen down.. no even little scratched to bike and my father. i have a doubt that my father has Showing results for intentionally Search instead for intentionally do this death happen..(Accident happen on road as my father saying) at that time he not having valid driving license.. I want to take action, please advice way
Please file your written complaint to Police along with all your grievances and doubts and proofs or evidences as well as the motive or reason for killing your mother which will be very important and necessary for poliCe to start investigation.
Once you submit all the above , the Police will start investigation and then they will be able to come to conclusion whether the accident was deliberate and intentionally kill your Mother.
