As section 333 is a non compoundable offence and the maximum punishment under the said section is 10 years and fine, you need to contest the case or you can challenge the said proceeding in high court for the quashing of the case.

Pahle aap ye Jaan lijiye ki Sec.333 IPC kya hai.
Is section me public servant ko uske govt.work karne se Rokna aur use darate huye uske sath Ganbhir wardaat ko anjaam dene ka kaam kiye jaane par is section ke under 10yr ka punishment and fine also.
Ka case hota hai.


Aap ak Majboot Base k sath is section 333 IPC ko challenge karte huye FIR crash karane k liye High Court me Ak write file kar skte hai.
Aap kuchh documents mujhe mail kar dijiye fir jyada achche se bta paunga.

Else if there is a prima facie case in your favour and allegations under 333 IPC are not made out, if charge has not been framed petition under Section 482 CrPC can be filed or matter may be argued at the time of framing of charge and if charge has been framed, revision against charge can be moved or Sec. 482 CrPC before high court can be filed.
