Want to move a special application can't afford a lawyer. What to do?

09-Oct-2023 (In Criminal Law)
The Bombay High Court has imposed several stringent conditions while granting bail to my son which is not affordable so we intent to move a special application against the few of the conditions. We are very poor and cannot afford the advocate or counsel to attend the matter on our behalf. What can we do?

Hi

It depends on how much time has passed after passing of the order and any efforts that you have made to comply. However, I will move the application for you without fees. Come. Please bring all necessary papers along.

It is not clear from your facts whether it is regular bail or anticipatory bail still if he is in jail then ask him to move an application for relaxation of conditions through jail itself. And if he is out still he can move the said application by appearing in person stating his difficulties.
