want to file ipc 376 case again after withdrawing it

i was into relationship from 2009 wth a boy, who used to do sex till 2013 on the promise to get marrid in between i always found him talking to other girls on fb. in 2013 i found that he was parallely meting wth two anothr girls. i slapped him & he went to my mother ask fr marrg she denied and his family was totally aware of all of ths inspite of tht thy told me tht he will not marry anyhow. he was supprting his family & tht gf i commit sucide. after 90 days of ths mattr i went to mahila ayog thy registrd under ipc 376 and aftr ths case his family and boy both inflnced me emotionally and the boy told me tht ill marry bt save my carrer i also dnt wnt him to stuck into tht bcz of emotions i quit by saying in court tht i dont now his we r frnds and i ws cm into depression due to tht i filled case. in 2015 case gt disposed aftr getting letr frm court boy agin strt fighting and saying u mess all whn u slaped nw he wnt me to go i cnt live wthout him wnt to mary n attmpting sucide at hm :(

Before answering your quary, you need to clarify certain facts, whether there was an FIR against him or not. You hv given statement or he is acquitted by the court. If he is acquitted by the court then there will be a prob

your statement in earlier case will create hurdle in the way of your filing of new case. Please give explanation of the earlier withdrawal, then only your new case will survive. Otherwise, Your new case will be taken as gimmick.

Lady you cannot satisfy your ego by making a frivolous claim. According to a recent Hon'ble High Court Delhi's judgement two consenting adult if consummate for a long period then the woman cannot claim that she was lured into it and the act will not satisfy the test of section 376 IPC. Please consult a therapist or you can even consult me for sharing your angst and frustration but you donot have a right to revisit as double jeopardy is not allowed in criminal law. If, their is any new developments which are adversarial then do consult. Thanks.
