Want divorce as wife filed false charges under Section 498(a) of IPC

Dear sir, i am a muslim boy i got married before 1year my wife wasnt following deen and islam but still we tolerated her that one day she will go in good way. She and her whloe family was dargging me as their wish and according to their life style and one day suddenly my wife called her parents and started abusing me by calling gay n all not only my wife her full family abused and beaten me and my family rudely. And they filed domestic violence case against me and my whloe family and also my elder sister who is studying M.ed and she is a teacher by profession they intentionally trying to destroy my sisters future and they dragging us in falls allegations. They dont have any proof because we are innocent and not financially sounns so i dont need this kind of lady so i want to divorce her because she done maan haani of my family.and she don't respect elders nor mee too
