Unwanted child in a foreign country with a girl can she take action

My friend( from india ) was provoked for a unprotected sex with an office girl ( from Ecuador ). Now the girl is pregnant. At present she is not asking for anything from the boy and want to keep the child without any support . My friends is coming back to india .Can the Ecuadorian girl pose any problem to my friend once he is in India .
