If the house is on your grand father's name and the property is not an ancestral property then he can ask you to vacate the house.
You can give a written complain to the concerned police station regarding the threat.

You may note down a formal written complaint, and report the matter to your concerned police station. The police officials will either lodge an FIR, or may take that written complaint and enter a DD entry no. On the basis of the same, you may get the proceedings for registration of FIR before Court.
However, it is further advised not to give up the possession. That may not be good for further proceedings.
