Twice NBW has been issued what will be next action from the court

If the accused does not come third time bail will be cancelled and notice would be issued to surety and surety has to pay bail bond amount to court and further If accused appear third time court may recall NBW issued on reasons stated with document provided by hi which advocate will help out and if he does not turn out it would be problem he would be arrested by NBW and would be sent to jail.

Only thing is they have to attend the court and file application for recall of NBW under section 70(2) of crpc explaining tje reasons for not attending the court. And the court will recall the warrant.

Nothing serious happens if it is your first appearance for that case you attend on a hearing day with a surety for the satisfaction of the Court, and get bail, or if it is subsequent appearance ask your advocate to file recall application.

Hi, It depends upon the case and history of trail. perhaps court would have cancelled the surety by now. If surety cancelled then you may need to furnish surety else accused would be taken to custody on or before next hearing date.
