Transfer of dowry case

Hi Team, My file and I lived in Jaipur,Rajsthan and my parents live in Ajmer, Rajsthan. My Wife belong from Lucknow, UP. She has filled the false case under Section 498A, 323, 504, Dowry 3 &4 in Lucknow Court. My question is: 1) is it possible to transfer case from lucknow to Jaipur as all the alligations are in Jaipur/Ajmer Location. 2) Please help me by suggesting what I should do now. She has recently failed the Mediation and now my case will start soon . Thanks. Please call if possible.

You can transfer your case from Lucknow to Jaipur through Supreme Court but it's quite difficult to give reason for transfer 2 you should fight the case don't panic .if you are right and you don't do any thing than it will clear in your case so don't panic .but hire good and punctual advocate

In this instant matter you cannot get transfer your cases from Lucknow to Jaipur , Indian constitution only provides this facility to ladies and only supreme court is imfowerd to do so, as you lave claimed your problem that place of ocrrenc and happenings belongs to Jaipur Indian and your wife is staying still at Lucknow and she has alveaidy been filled a case under section of I.p.c. and the apex court of the lead is only empowered to pass in order in respect of transfer at case pertaining to female's. You cannot auoil this constitution and facility as you belong Ajmer Rajasthan. You will lave to apeyar in Lucknow jurisdiction for further trial tho for your this querie is not honble in the eyes of law.
