Traffic police gave challan I was not over speeding where to complain

I got a speeding ticket. but I was not going fast. I told them. but they said nothing. just give 300 and take receipt. What should I do. should I complain to higher police.because I didn't go fast at all I was going the correct speed limit. How to deal with this situation?
on what basis did they charge you, they should show you the speed meter which is installed in the road to monitor the speeding vehicles. You can not be penalized for something you have not done. You can write a complaint to the higher authorities against the act.

Sir If you did,not over speed then definitely you can ask the police that how they are asked fine for speed driving and you can ask the trafice police to show the proof of speed further you can also how much amount for over speed .
