sir, you have prove that at the time of case registered r fighting happened between your father and opposite party, you are not that place of offense and you have said your working in hyderabad, you take office record that at that time you are working in hyderabad. so many will keep false cases but we have to prove the case.

Hi
If you were not around the place of alleged crime (haryana) you need not worry.
Since you are a government servant, probably you will have a system wherein your attendance is recorded or any other proof to demonstrate that you were in hyderabad when the incident was reported or going to be reported.
Now it appears that the opposite party is yet to file a case against you . so if it is not filed then no worries. if a case has been filed, then you need to file a quash petition in the high court and ask for a quash or stay.
hope this helps.
