tenant dispute and unknown person forcefully living with us

sir, i am shubham kumar singh, a student living on rent with my friends. One day my friend take rent agreement for the gas connection purpose. and didn'tgive back to me. now he gave extra money to landlord and said to dishowned me without any specific reason. today land lord came to me said you have leave this room within 2 days suddenly & yesterday my friend who is living with me took the rent of this month. i ask to my friend for rent agreement then he said land lord has taken when i said why did you give without asking to me he didn't give any reason..... please help me

rent agreement Copy is required in case it is registered then u can get it through registrar office further your rest of documents and supporting evidence can support your case and may add as a ground for brief detail you contact me at court

Hi shubham

I think your situation has become bit complicated. Do you have the copy of rent agreement. your friend and land lord cheated you. One thing you can do is that is to file a complaint in the police station against both your friend and landlord. Against your friend file a complaint of cheating and theft. Against landlord file a complaint of cheating.

If agreement was in your name only then you can file a complaint of dishonest misappropriation of property under section 403 IPC against your friend. As he did those things without permission and not in good faith. Please do it as quickly as possible
