Superior working on fake degree what action i can take

Question: I work in MNC, I came to know that my superior is working on fake degree certificates of bsc degree, where as his wife filed a case of 420 on him for cheating her for education , what he mentioned them is , btech and gdit . where as in organisation he mentioned bsc. When we contacted her she sad he works on fake degree . he is just 10+2. How should I take action on him. How shloud I inform this to manager without my name coming out.

You can write a letter to the MNC company with some dummy Address (from address). But one thing is there. If his performance is good and he has good credibility in his job, the wrong mention of the education details wont make much difference. Because, the Private company will give much importance to the performance and results rather than education and certificates.

you can apply to your officials if it is a public organisations that comes under right to information act and then you can obtain the copies of the certificates produced by him and then you verify them with the concerned university and file appropriate cases against him for cheating
