Summons issued by court u/s section 452, 323, 506 of IPC

Hi, Please help, A year ago My sister had a fight with neighbor who is a lady advocate on some vehicle parking issue.. After the fight I visited to their house complaining the same.. Now we have got a summon from court booked u/s 452,323,506 of IPC in my sisters name, my name and my wife's name.. Their is no involvement of my wife still her name has been put in the summon.. Please suggest
then the Advocate will read the papers of the complaint and assess the whole complaint and find out the legal lacunae and defence
however, this is serious matter and you all should proper legal advice and plan legal startegy to fight the false and bogus case !
