First you take steps for anticipatory bail and after that you can approach police and you cooperate with the investigation then there are are chances for making false. If the police files charsheet then you can approach high court for quash or ther wise you may contest the case

Hi
Though your sister is not at any fault, your sister will need to apply for anticipatory bail in the high court.
Trial court can also grant bail, but they might be hesitant to grant bail as the matter is sensitive.
so apply for anticipatory bail in high court.

You have to generally contest the case and prove your innocence. However, any serious material evidence if prima facie is available then you can opt for filing the quash proceedings before the High Court.

Hello,

Without perusing the contents of the FIR it is very difficult to advise you. Your sister (teacher) has to appear before the magistrate and contest the case on merits. Engage a criminal lawyer and proceed further.

Dear Concerned, It is normally seen in such cases that the accused denies the incident itself. If no injuries were found during postmortem on the body of the deceased than case becomes more favorable for the accused. Hope you people have already applied for the bail, contest it strongly in court. You may contact us for further legal assistance.
