Student harassed by college professor

Sir, I am a student an engineering college in Mumbai university, my college lecturer has played enough politics by misplacing my exam form, thus detainment of my exam and an year drop. The college exam cell played a very negative roll in that. Please help so I could sue the college

Make one complaint to university also lodge an FIR against for malpractice.
You can also file writ petirion in High court. You can also claim for compensation.
