Stalked lady colleague have already confessed how to solve it

I have tried to see my female colleague in ladies toilet through Ventilation. She has seen that someone is watching but couldn't recognize me. Although there is no direct proof that it's me but company has CCTV footage showing that only I have gone to Toilet area after her. I have deleted the footage i think before they could see but I am not sure.and Management caught it from my Chrome history that I have deleted it.. So I am the suspect. And now even the footage is getting recovered. I have confessed it in front of my Management and that colleague and I may loose my job. But now that colleague is planning to Lodge complaint in Police station that I am afraid of. I have requested her not to do that but she is not ready to listen. What should I do ? What punishment I will get as per IPC law ? Is there any way that I can get out of this trouble.. Please help me. I know that I have made a big mistake but I regret for it now. I have a responsibility of my parents wife and 4 year child. What should I do?

I would suggest you get anticipatory bail for pre arrest. The section will apply 354C of IPC with minimum 1 year imprisonment.
This offence is non bailable and triable by first class magistrate court.
