Someone is threatening and absuing what action can I take

Dear owner as i can understand there is somebody who is unnecessary trying to threaten you and using false language to create a nuisance, well you can file and FIR against the person for using , The Nagpur bench of the Bombay High Court has held that abusing or using filthy language to annoy someone can be an offence, even if it does not take place in a public place. The accused in this case had been convicted by a lower court under Section 294 (obscene acts and songs) of the Indian Penal Code.
According to this section, “whoever, to the annoyance of others... sings, recites or utters any obscene song, ballad or words, in or near any public place, shall be punished with imprisonment which may extend to three months.”

Hi you should immediately call on 100 number and lodge your complaint and also wrote a application regarding your grievance and send it to your I.G police , SSP, SP city, and sHO concerned and if they don't turned you may move an application under section 156(3) of Cr.p.c before the chief judicial magistrate concerned

If some one is threatening you for your life and teasing and abusing you I may advice you to file a first information report regarding this in the nearest police station as soon as possible. Hope this will help you with your query regarding the same.

Please file a criminal complaint at your local police station. They will provide you security and take of your life and property. Moreover they may investigate the case after lodging your complaint if the case is cognizable one or you may get a direction from Court for investigation.
