Some one raped my wife 7 years back she gave birth to a child

I am lodged a case against A man Who raped my wife 2009 november 11 up to 27 feb 2017 but also he claimed my daughter is his child not only say oral but also wants her custody behaf of DNA in which condition what do .can he claim on my wife she declared through DNA she is mother of her baby how we save my wife & 6 year daughter
His petition will not survive for seeking child custody. More so she is being living for past 6 years with you all the said aspect cannot be washed away more so the mother will have the custody it's for sure if any kind of threats please do file and FIR seeking action against him and thereby retraining his acts
