Sister murdered husband and husband is absconding now

Respected Sir/madam, I am . My sister was married withr son of on 20.01.2010. My sister was a victim of a planned murder on 12 september 2017 and after murdering, she was taken to the hospital by her husband where she was declared dead. After murdering her, Vikas informed us early in the morning that she admitted in the hospital.Upon arrival she was found dead. We came to learn from the doctor that she was brought to the hospital when she almost dead. On virtual examination, the body had blue which gives us some clues that there was something fishy. Doctor advised us for a post-mortem .The postpartum has been carried out and the forensic report is being awaited for. However, we are afraid that the forensic report can be mishandled or changed. Also since then incident Mr.Vikas has been abscond & no where to be found. how to proceed this case. we are not familiar with court procedure. please help me out.
First get an FIR registered in the name of Vikas and get it served upon his possible addresses or where ever lookout can be done. Get a lookout notice published in the newspaper for Mr. Vikas if still after the registration of FIR he doesn't turn up. FIR be filed under 302 for murder and once the forensic report is also out and is in your favour, keep them as an evidence for filing a criminal suit.

Helo...it may be a case of dowery death .although marriage was solemnised in year 2010.you must be given a application with out any delay to your nearest police station with writing whole incident .if police officers are denying to lodge your complaint then move application before superintendent of police of your district.if you did not get success ofter all efforts then immediate move a application before magistrate and defiantly you wil get success.
