Should I submit passbook xerox to claim money

Query: Hello sir/madem, my sister was victim of sexually. So in 2014 we complaint on that male person. The case going to court in 2015, and we recently received a phone call and they said that "you got a claim money so plz submit my sisters passbook xerox. So tell me where I submit it?

Courts do not sent messages on phone.
It is either through summons or orders pronounced in court.
Also courts do not award compensation is sexual abuse cases.
Please check yourself in person in the court directly to know the status of the case/award and act.

if the victim belongs to schedule 'caste or Schedule tribes community, the state will compensate some amount in 3 or 4 phases. for which the revenue people asks for copy of the victim girl's bank pass book in order to credit the 1st phase amount of state compensation to the victim. then you have to furnish the required. if you were not belongs to SC/ST communities, you not to furnish any such information to any body.
