sir i am selected police constable but criminal case regester and case was disposed(aquitted) can i select police ipc sec 143 147 148 149 323 324 504 506 case date 18-5-2014 aquit date 21-2-2015 plz give opinion sir also i try to central/banking job
Since you have been acquitted in criminal case, you are entitled to apply for any government service. As you have been acquitted for more than 18 months back, you have no problem in making applications and getting selected. It would not come in the way of your career.
