can any one get a job in IBPS banking if IPC 307 is imposed on him and if no then what should he do to get the job in bank...
It depends on what the Affidavit and agreement you and the recruiting Bank has. However, both you and the complainant wanted to quash the case a compromise agreement could be arrived and based on that you can apply a Petition to quash the FIR before the concerned High Court. so in later part even if someone questions about the criminal complaint you could bring them the quash order.
