SC/ST atrocity case can anticipatory bail be applied for in district

My brother in law is in bigamy with st person and he is trying to get divorce from my sister and torturing her .they have two kids. She put a case against him with my help on march2017 and counter to that st person put a SCST attrocity against me in april2017 .How to get out from this false attrocity case (have to amend the SCST act as it has more losses than gain) as iam a banker I would lose my job if I don't get anticipatory with in time .Need advice.

Since you have already filed a case of adultery against your brother in law, using the FIR filed by your sister, you can always counter the SC/ST atrocity case as a counter blast case and obtain bail from Sessions court.
you can also file a quash petition under section 482 of Cr.P.C at the high court and get the case quashed based on merits of the case.
evidences from your side may include the FIR filed by your sister, you being away from the scene of mentioned in SC/ST case etc are good evidences for quashing the petition at High court.
