Rights of an Adult to marry a person of their own choice

Sir, I have completed engineering n I was working in office, I have bf n he is also working, when I told this to my parents, they make me stay at home, I want to do job n grow in lyf n Marry with my bf, we love each other n his family also accepted me but my family members are saying they will kill us n now they will never allow me to do job,, I want to live my life n make my career, what should I do now?
If u r 18+ & your bf 21+ of same religion then no one can disturb u to work and marry of your choice. U can apply for court marriage or u can file a complaint case against your parents in concern court.

Our Indian law says that if girl and boys are not minor they can take their own decisions and no one can come to them. In your case if you both are eligible to do marriage and both are Hindu than you have legal write to choose your life partner. If your parents are not agree for your relationship and making fear to kil the boy you should inform this to local police. I would like to suggest you that in your case you both are free to do marriage in Arya samaj Mandir or file a application at marriage officer for completing the proceedings of legal marriage after that you should register your marriage at your jurisdiction registrar office.
