Dear client first try to file complaint at bombay. If in bombay police not take your complaint then file complaint at gujrat where crime happens. Generally criminal complaints have to file at place where crime happens. For any legal help call me

You can file your complaint in Mumbai..

You can go to the local police station where you reside to register your complaint..

Once you register your FIR then the Police will take necessary steps and action .

You may file the said case at either place. Once the crime is registered and you find inconvenient to the said place you are at liberty to demand for transfer of the case before High Court.
To be on safer side you may file it at Gujarat.

hello i have been through your query and i think that you should file a case in Mumbai and not in Gujarat and you should challenge the company for unlawful temination and the jurisdiction to file a case should be Mumbai and not gujarat!

Technically you can file a case from anywhere. However even if you file a case here in Bombay it will be transferred to wherever your workplace was. It would be easier to file here and have it transferred.
