Remedy in case not able to get government job due to pending case

Hello sir i have done a mistake please suggest me Sir I made nuisance in other college then principal filed a case on me now case is running so Iam not eligible for govt job or passport Iam much scared sir If not any other option to me sir

In General nuisance case is filed under section 290 of IPC and a small fine is levied.
Just ensure to get the case closed against you.
In a nuisance case,the person is not convicted, but instead let off with a small fine and as such the nuisance case does not figure in criminal case list.
So you do not need to worry about the nuisance case stopping you from approaching for passport or government job.
Just ensure to get the case closed as early as possible. No worries.

1.If the said case is lodged and charges framed on false grounds then contest in the court.
2.File a criminal petition before the high court to quash the criminal case.
3.Finally contact your principal and request him to become hostile in the case.
4. Compromise the case with complainant.
