Relationship with married woman,got pregnant.What consequences?

Sir, Im single and i had intercourse with a woman who is married to another man.after we had the moment she is conceived but im sure its not mine .but her husband thought its mine because he dont know anything about us but he believes his wife cheated him .so one thing i did wrong in my entire life i feel guilt now.im also scared what are the consequences im going to face but i know i used condom so its not mine .so what are the chances i left .do i get caught or is there any chance ill go to jail or i have to marry the girl.wil they ask me paternity test according to her husban accused me.so pls help me

Sir , first of all you have done a criminal offence wether knowingly or without knowing but inordr to ecscab that you have asked remedy .Hence either you have to compromise with the opposite party if they agreed otherwise your punishment will be confirm .

The husband of that woman has this (adultery) as a ground for divorce. Once, he establishes that before the Court of law you are proved to have committed an offence (adultery) under Section 497 of IPC. Therefore, may be liable for imprisonment of 5 years or fine or both.
