Regarding interim bail extension. Please guide.

hello, im convicted under 364(a) IPC , being a rental owner, no much allegations on me im A10, its a police putup case , i dnt say im 100% clear but , their is not much involvement about me expect a victim seeing me and a rental owner agreement, may be unknowingly ive helped a1 taking a rental agreement , or knowingly it happend, my father is not well im the only son, but im sure ivnt done that crime that ive become life convict . my dad is seriously ill and is at hospital im seeking a extension bail as ive none to take care of if. im already out for 2 months ,he was fine but suddenly got seriously ill and is at hospital its a brain related disease, kindly some1 suggest be the opinion, wat to do in this case can i put same in vacation matters??? any seniour to hire in this case, my dad is very important for me and ivnt done that crime to be a life convict .
