Receiving threatening calls from unknown person What to do

Is it enough to say in court that someone had given you threatning on phone at particular area and shown its incoming call in your phone, or recording is mandatory to prove such thing in court. just to transfer the case in that area court.
Lodge police complaint against unknown person. For proving that some is thratening to you in any manner have to prove in court for transfering your case in respective court. You can prove by sharing call details and if recording is there that recording can be tendered in court so after taking cognizance of the seriousness of the case Hon able court shall adjudicate the case.
