Rape attempt case against a coworker with whom had a an affair in past

I'm a married women witha child, husband working abroad. Had an friendly affair with a coworker 2yrs back, which broke up long back. Now he is pushing me to have sexual relationship, I requested him many times to leave me, last week he came to my house at midnight and blackmailing with some photographs and audios and tried to attempt have sex with me in my home, but somehow neighbourhood relatives got up and he got beaten up. Now my husband and his family is planning to divorce me. And some of friends also blackmailing me with some photographs and audios. Pls advice

You file a complaint before concerned police station . IF they are not taking action as per law you have got right to approach before honorable magistrate court and move a petition there. You have right to get back your phone..

Hi there,
First thing for divorce- pls try to speak to your husband and convince him about what actually transpired.
Then the other issue relating to blackmailing pls file cases before the police. Incase of divorce matter comes up u may have to block those people otherwise it will adversely affect u.

1.Please file a complaint against blackmailing of friends.
2.please try to convince to your husband about your innocent with the help of elders
3.Even if, he is not ready to come and join with you, please defend the divorce petition.
4. please file a complaint againt the co-worker for your existence.

File a police complaint before the concerned police station where the incident took place. If the police is not registering your case, approach concerned Magistrates Court by filing a petition there. Delay in lodging FIR will result in losing the case.

File a Police complaint immediately and request for immediate action and keep a copy of the complaint and receipt of complaint with you. If no action action is being taken, you can file a private complaint before the magistrate or file a writ before the high court of immediate action on the complaint.
