PTI member of school physically assaulted me how to take action

I am telling about my tragedy with teacher .Yesterday when the period was over and I feel thirsty so I look for my water bottle but I can't find it in my bag then I look it near my bench in meanwhile the student sitting behind when the sit on the bench the bench get broken and every body is laughing which is normal then suddenly our PTI Praveen Rana arrived but the don't teach us then he come in class and ask who is shouting but nobody is shouting so student tell that no body is shouting then as I sitting in front of the student who's bench is get broken then I stand-up then he asked the class that I was shouting or not no body said that I was shouting and I also tel that I was looking for my water bottle but he don't listen to me .He pull my ear and then slap me and then he pull my hair very tightly and slap on my back of the head . What action should i take against this assault??
