Provision for rape for promising marriage in exchange of intercourse

I need genuine and appropriate answer to my question. Can't my below mentioned happening be registered as rape case? Before my marriage(2007-2010) a boy cheated and threatened me for sex. I believed him that he will marry me. I forced and requested lot to him to marry me, even after he was married because he did sex with me. I wanted to file case against him but my parents left me alone. I really want him to be punished coz he ruined my life. I am alone. Please suggest me under which section i can file the case. Thank you in advance.
You have to file a cheating case against him as per the section 420 of the IPC and if the cheating will be Proove in the court then he will be punished for up to 7 years
And for this you have to file a private criminal complaint in the court or you have to approach to the concerned police station directly.
Then police will file cheating case on him as well as police will file a rape case against him
