Property theft now recovered by police how to get it back

I lost my phone and got a FIR registered. now police recovered it and got the person as well. How can i recover my goods from the police now?

Hello,
I have received ur question, in ur case u will have to apply in d court of law under section 457 of criminal procedure code, and after verification of documents in relation with theft/recovered property Hon'ble court will release the property.

You will to claim your mobile phone from court by supurtanama application. Following documents are required
1. F I R. Copy
2. Mobile purchase bill
3. Identity card (with photo) ,
Then you will got the your stuff

Dear client u have to recovery it from police. U have to file affidavit with police authority regardg that goods belongs to u and u received it from police authority. U have to submit original bills of the same. For any legal help call me

You may filed application before court under section 451 of the Code of Criminal procedure for Restoration of moblie after calling say of i.o and after verification of Bill of mobile court may gives direction to i.o for restoration of mobile

File suprutnama application through lawyer before JMFC who having jurisdiction. You would be get your theft articles. For that take FIR copy, panchnama copy take from police station. And then file such application.
