A woman has cheated me after having a relationship for 3 years and every time assured to marry me and wait until she gets divorced and I snubbed my parents decision for looking for a girl for me to marry as I was already 30 years then and now 33, I left my native place and settled in Bangalore just for her sake living at home that I am working in a company. And in all the three years most of the conversations has happened via texting and whats app where I repeatedly keep asking are u sure that you are committed to me or is this just a fling

As per Indian Evidence Act. 1872 u/s 85B, Digital information like conversation through whatsapp, email's can be considered as proof to convict somebody for cheating. You can file civil recovery suit to recover damages, In case if you lend money to her.
