Procedure to transfer a case from villege to mumbai

I want transfer case from village to mumbai--- im senior citizen my age is 65+.my daughter in law filed a case against my son and me.ipc 498a,323 and 354.my son is not present in mumbai.his working in dubai.and i dont have any contact with him from last 4 yrs.my daughter and her family harassing me and my wife.she filed case in there village area and im stay in mumbai.very difficult to visit every time there.my wife is not wel.plsssssssssssss advice me how to transfer my case in mumbai

You can make an application in the court were the suit has been instituted for transfer of court or you can file a suit in the high court for transfer of case under section 407 of Cr.P.C.

you will have to file writ petition in High Court for transferring from village to Mumbai.
the High Court has power to transfer the case from the village to the Mumbai Court but you will have to prove that the case is filed for harassment.
