Procedure to get protection after love marriage

I've done one day court marriage with a girl of same caste.from u.p.and after marriage we both came home in evening.till now we r living separately.but we often meet each other.we told our family for arrang marriage.but they refused.now we want to live together.so what should we do that after leaving the home our parents and police do not interfere in our life..and plz suggest that if we file a petition against parents then (1.)it is a disadvantage that we are living separate after marriage.. 2) if petition can be cancelled or against us

आप अपने राज्य के हाईकोर्ट में याचिका प्रस्तुत कर आपके निवास स्थान के sp को उस याचिका में इसके अलावा sp से उच्च लेवल के अधिकारियों एवं संबंधित थानाधिकारी को पार्टी बनाकर एवं परिवार के जिन व्यक्तियों से आप को जान का खतरा है उनको पक्षकार बनाकर पुलिस सुरक्षा प्राप्त कर सकते हैं आप अपनी याचिका में सारे तथ्य लिखकर दे दे

You haven't committed any crime, and you are major so you have right to marry a life partner of your choice, no one can interfere in your life...

You can live with that girl, its your right to stay together..as a married couple...

if you both are matured and i believe so as you have done it through court it is not possible for parent or anybody to interfere in your life you can file an application to court in this regard and court will bound your parent not to harm you it is simple process and you need not to worry

You can file a civil protection in high Court to not interfere police and your family in your life and live together by high Court order.,...

Court marriage is valid and you could live together. In case you have feeling of threatening then right an application to Superintendent of Police. He is authorized person to give direction to their subordinate to protect you both and in no event to ask question on your marriage if it is made with free consent of both.
