I HAVE SUBMITTED F.I.R. MEDICAL REPORTS ALONG WITH INJURY PHOTOS. WHY THE POLICE OR COURT TO ARREST THE ACCUSED
Police r thinking that the document produced does not show that accused committed offence so u have documents go before appropriate forum and take necessary action or make it viral posting before facebook, tweeter so action will be taken

It is possible that the accused has applied for anticipatory bail and s obtained an interim order not to arrest him till the bail matter is heard by the Court. Also, the police may arrest him when they start investigation.

Sir, u can file a pcr in the court and request to take action against the accused and you can also go and give a complaint in the police commissioner office and request to take actions against the person, police may have searched or the person may be absconding so try and give a proper address to the police are u can take them to accessed residence and get him arrested.
