Police is not ready to file a FIR for death of a person

I My brother had missed on dated 27.02.2017 and we searched him till 28.02.2017 and evening I found my brother MOBILE with another person and I went to JaitPur Police Station after going there After 4 hour they told me that your brother body has been founded on railway track near sarita vihar metro and your brother met with train accident and he got dead and your brother case has been investigated by the Hazarat Nizamuddin Railway Police Sataion. FIR has not been registered. We have doubt on his friend with whom he was with them and I have some call recordings may be that can be use full. Police is not ready to file FIR. Please advise what should be done.

As per your query and by trusting your words i suggest you to make a complaint if the police is not filing the FIR and post this complaint to SHO and police head quaters ITO and do mention everything in that complaint and by this you will be having valid proof that you went to police officials and take that complaint to police station and ask then to give you dairy no. And after that file a complaint before the megistrate in the court within the jurisdiction.
You do one thing visit my office i will suggest you more and better on this as this is an emotional matter for you as your brother paased away .
Do take prior appointment before coming .

what was the post mortem report of your brother, what was the opinion giving by the doctor, if there is some thing wrong and police is not register a case, then you can apply before the court for registration of FIR
