Can police file a case on a girl if she is present with a man in any room of hotel r went to intract r taken by someone knwn person by tellin he/she want to meet her friend. Can they file a case as makin girl as victim of sexual abuse??? Can they force her to sign on papers of fir statement papers.
Yes you can file a case that the girl was sexually being abused . However you would also require the girls consent before lodging a FIR
