since section 420 is non bailable offence, u have to go through the court for the grant of bail.. file a bail petition in a district court having jurisdiction to entertain the same.
nobody can give u exact period for the grant of bail because it depends on various conditions.

Yes ..move an application for grant of anticipatory bail in Lower Court, matter will be taken up within a week. If rejected from lower court move to High Court.During pendency of the bail..atleast you will get interim protection.

DEAR SIR
AS PER GENERAL PRACTICE IT WILL TAKE AROUND 60 DAYS FOR GRANT OF BAIL AND HOW MUCH TIME WILL CONSUME AND THE SAME IS DEPENDING ON FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE CASE AND GENERALLY CASE DIARY IS CALL FOR BY THE COURT BEFORE DECIDING THE BAIL
