you are saying too many things in a breath, the confession made before the Police not leading to any discovery is of no use before the law and it cannot be used against you. However, I want to know whether you have admitted or made any statement before the Magistrate. In the meanwhile, as a precautionary measure you can proceed with an anticipatory bail application before the District Judge, and seek directions that the police won't take coercive measures.

You didn't specify the charges invokes against you , firstly take anticipatry bail so as to avoid the unwanted arrest and then let me know about the nature of transaction, even if the transaction was done for some illegal purposes the police has to establish the culpability on your part and the things by which You can establish that the transaction was not done for any illegal purposes

First of all I think you should proceed to high court for quashing of fir /case pending against you so till final decision taken in quashing case status quo can be taken and once if high court takes decision in your favor all proceedings will automatically dropped. Till then prepare for good evidence and cross of account holder in trial
