Police fraudulently fixed section 308 in opponent's favor

WE HAVE FILED THE FIR IN POLICE STATION AND THE SECTION 457 WAS FIXED , BUT AFTER MONTHS THERE WAS A IO WHO WAS PRESSURIZING FOR A COMPROMISE AND WAS TRANSFERRED, BUT IN CASE DIARY HE HAS ADDED 308 IN THE OPPONENTS FAVOR AS THERE REPORT WAS ALSO ACCEPTED ONLY BY COURT, SO NOW IS IT ADVISABLE TO TAKE A INTERIM BAIL AS I FEAR THAT POLICE CAN SUBMIT THE SAME IN COURT, WHAT YOU SUGGEST ? AND THEY ARE CHARGED WITH 457 , WILL WE GET THE BAIL FROM SESSION COURT OR WE HAVE TO GET FROM HIGH COURT.
