Police bribed us for no fault of ours what to do.

Query: Police detained me and gf for sitting in car at side of road and clicking selfies (no kissing). Threatened to call our parents and mentally tortured us. Left after 2 hrs after I paid Rs3000 bribe. I am 23, She is 21. It happened in Navi Mumbai, urban area. Is there anything I can do if similar thing happens?
A lot actually, kindly report this to the commissioner of police- Mumbai. So recovery could made of the said amount as well as action can be taken on police officer on charges of extortion. In case you find it hard pay me a fee and I shall do the needful for you.

Please file complaint with the Commissioner of Police for Navi Mumbai.
Police can not extract or blackmail you for clicking selfie with your GF.
Once this crime committed by Police is exposed and complained to higher officers then nobody will harass you in future.
