Please tell me the said activity is a civil or Criminal matter?

Respected Sir/Madam Please tell me is conducting public awareness programs (without taking money from audience ) using the name of any registered society is civil/criminal matter if someone not having the proper athorization to use the name of the said Society ? (please do not make my name public)
Here instantly you have not taken​ money then you May defender yourself showing this as you haven't​ intention to grab any money only your intention to spread the positiveness of society but in other hand you are allowed to use any name fame stamp etc without proper authorization because it will be treated as offence under criminal activity

It is a criminal offence if anybody is harmed in anyway from that campaign. One such similar case happens in bengal is that a certain financial company used the name of ministers without their authorization. The company failed and people suffered financial loss. Since people trusted the company because of picture or signature of ministers the ministers as well as company were booked in criminal cases.
