Hi,

Before saying anything i must say that it very late and in law delay do not have any space. But their is scope if your advocate can make a case of the fact narrated above i.e. You can file complain saying that i tried my self to come over it, but day by day it is becoming worst, i am not only hurted physically but mentally for last 11 years. Now my patience is lost. Like this you can make a complain and cover up your delay.

First of all, it is too late. Secondly do you have any eye witness who is ready to give evidence to support you? What action you had taken at that time. Had you made any written complaint to the college authorities or to the police. What was the result of that written complaint. Your medical examination regarding that beating was done or not. If not then no remedy is available to you.
Keeping in view the year 2005, you must be above 30 years age now and might be married. Please try to forget that incident and keep your self busy in your present life and family. It is very beautiful.
