Physical relation based on false promise to marry

I am in a relationship from 3.8 years and we lived together for 13 months and family and society were very well aware about our relation. We were planning to get married in 6-7 months. From last one month he started cheating on me and wanted to date his colleague,he works for a internatinal bank in bangalore and i even found his profile in Cheap sites. He started telling me that he dont love me anymore and he cant live with me . Though we lived together,had physical relationship for 1 year and about to get married. I want to file a case and would like to k ow what charges I can put on him.

Atract 420 for cheating and 376 attract for rape of Indian penel code.. You don't admitt in your complaint about consent physical relationship, you wrote he cheated me and believe his words t marry and he took me forcibly and raped me..

You can file case against him for raping (Sec. 376 of IPC) you on the false promise of marriage. But it is very difficult for you to prove the charge.
Even after you filing the case, you wont be able to force him to marry you and court also cant do the same.
