Physical assault and harassment in medical college by chairman

I am pg doctor in medical college. Meri night duty thi. Patient day duty me aaya tha aur uska treatment jis doctor n kiya wo koi bi paper work nhi kiya..pt treatment kahi aur karana chahta tha wo LAMA chala gaya..meri duty me ye sab ni hua aur usne mujhe apne office bulaya aur galiya diya thappad Mara..Maine police complain karne ko gaya par kiya ni..jiski galti thi wo political Jack laga diya..mujhe college se resticated kar diya bina galti ke ..sath me ho mera support kiye unko bi..6 month se salary ni de rha... Plzzz advise kya kiya jaye..
