Yes you can have them but you need an order from court or by police or else the number should be registered on your name otherwise getting old phone call details is not possible ....by getting the order from court you can hav them

How old call details can be traced by police?
The police can obtain the entire call history for any mobile number. Edit: Telcos are required to keep call histories for at least 2 years by a recent order from the central government. 23 January 2017

The telecom companies by the mandate imposed by TRAI cannot keep the phone call details of any person for a period preceding 3 months of now. And legally to get the phone details of other person you will have to get specific order from the court
